Rigoberto's Taco Shop - San Diego

Holyyyy. I live in mexico and man is this food authentic. A great restaurant with cabeza burritos! Tortilla is soft and they don’t add a bunch of fillers. Just the good stuff. Really impressed with this shop. The cabeza burrito was incredible. The taste, the texture. It was perfect. Would recommend checking this place out!

Best carne asada fries in all of Mira Mesa. Pricey but worth it.

This is my favorite taco shop in MM. I highly recommend trying the California burrito. They top it with an enchilada sauce that adds a delicious flavor without making it too wet. The potato tacos are amazing, as well as their California fries. The salsa bar offers a variety of options to choose from. I have been a regular customer for over a decade, and the staff has always been incredibly kind and friendly.
