I will always love this place. nostalgic, good food, affordable prices. just one of my favorites my family and i love to go to.

For what you pay for, you get some good stuff. Orange chicken is pretty good. And cheap. Broccoli in oyster sauce was well done, soft yet chewy. Mongolian beef was soft and chewy as well. Four lunch special for about $24 is a deal. And delicious soup and fried rice with them. Not bad. 5 's.

Dine in service is really good and fast. Food tastes good staff is also friendly. Water is complementary however other beverages like soda are from a can. Venue is small but clean. They also provide take out.

We've been dining here for over three years, and it's the only restaurant where my son will happily eat. He absolutely loves the chicken wings! I particularly enjoy the walnut dishes, while my husband is a fan of the sesame chicken.

I've lived near Rising for 13 years, and I can confidently say this is my favorite Chinese restaurant. Their lunch special, priced at around $7, offers generous portions and is sure to put a smile on your face.
