The staff member at the counter is extremely friendly and attentive to your ordering needs. The restaurant is situated in a clean food court. The food is delicious, and the portions for the pho are quite generous. My favorite dish was the buns; they were absolutely perfect, 10/10!

This is the best pho I've ever had. The flavor is amazing, and it's consistently prepared perfectly every time I go. It's the ideal lunch for one—count me in!

This restaurant is fantastic! The woman at the counter is always incredibly friendly and remembers our usual orders. The food is excellent; I usually go for the bun with BBQ pork or imperial rolls paired with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. It's a charming little spot with amazing food! If you're ever at 99 Ranch on Balboa, make sure to stop by!
