Overall, the ice was good, but I have to give this place a 1-star review because of the employee who assisted us. She was impatient, rolled her eyes, and shook her head when we just asked for a sample of the ice. We simply asked her to repeat our order twice. The customer service here is really lacking. If you have that kind of attitude, perhaps this job isn’t for you! We didn’t give her any attitude, and the line wasn't even long. She should learn how to handle a better work environment.

Terrible society. I own a shop where we sold their products and the way their drivers treat employees during a pandemic is not acceptable. 1) they do not wear a mask and keep no distance. 2) they are rude and 3) Larissa should be ashamed as she treats her operations. We will never buy from them, nor will we refer them to everyone.

If you like gelato buy a real gelato these are disgusting and do not taste a thing like the real Italian gelato it’s more like frozen milk on a stick. My family hated it.
