Souplantation - San Diego

We always enjoy the Souplantation! We used to go there with my Daddy- have some really sentimental memories Food's good and the service providers are the BEST!!!

My favorite place to eat soup salad. I have been going here for so long now I can tell you, I crave the salad(s), brothy, hearty, tasty soup the sweet potatoes fresh sourdough bread muffins.....etc, etc etc, total satisfaction. I'm here w/ friends as much as possible

Pretty inexpensive. No long lines. Nice staff. Great food. And you get to pick the pieces you want. I love the blueberry muffins, the garlic cheese foccia, mac n cheese (w scallions, bacon, and cheese) the soup (chili mixed w clam chowder with scallions and cheese sometimes bacon) *yes i know im weird and the salad bar is great!

Did I mention I love Souplantation? All you can eat salad place (yes, you can go back for seconds in the salad line with many options for vegans. Sometimes the soups are a miss, and the one in Mira Mesa doesn’t have plain soda water at the machine. They do need a vegan ice cream (sorbet? but the veg club you sign up for is worth it. Birthday club too!
