Spice Lounge - San Diego

This impromptu stop was definitely worth it! I'm usually hesitant to try new restaurants since gluten-free options can be hard to come by, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the menu and the staff, who were clearly informed and accommodating. I enjoyed the side salad and the curry with shrimp, and it was delicious! We will certainly return for more. Just a heads up, there is a cross-contaminated fryer, but our waiter made that clear upfront. Aside from that, everything was fantastic!

The Indian food here is outstanding! For appetizers, we enjoyed the papdi chaat, bhel puri, and chicken pakora. For our main courses, we had the biryani, tikka masala, and jalfrezi, and everything was simply delicious. Even the drinks, like mango lassi and nimbu pani, were excellent. The service was exceptional, making for a fantastic overall experience!

This is our top dining spot in Pacific Beach! The food is fantastic, and the staff is exceptional—they truly go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy!

This restaurant is fantastic! We stumbled upon it while heading to the beach and noticed their $5 Happy Hour Special. We decided to stop for some cocktails (the Bombay Layover) and fries. They were the best cocktails and appetizers I've ever had! I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time yesterday, and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. My husband and I both ordered curries along with Biryani and Naan. If you're interested in trying other dishes, you'll definitely want to come back soon!
