The Invigatorium - San Diego

Had to wait to pick up my rental car so I walked down the street and ended up here! 100% would come back. Such a cool place, great vibes, the music playing was good, and the decor was so unique. Staff was super friendly and made great drinks! I tried 4different drinks here and liked them all but my favorite were there iced matcha latte with oatmilk and the iced hibiscus tea!Also ordered their Mufaletta sandwich and it was sooo good. Too much for me to finish but delicious. Seriously check this placeout if you have the chance!

The place in itself is very eccentric and fresh, definitely a visit worth the pictures. However, the seating is somewhat above average and the food is just good(nothing extraordinary) Since this is a coffee shop, totally understandable. Their cinnamontoast was good, the spritz was surprisingly good and matcha latte was also good! Do come here if you?re fond of the eccentricand out of place decor! :D Also, if you?re here for the gram! XD

Coffee is excellent, but other than offering oat milk and one vegan food option, that's it. A meat eater would probably enjoy this spot much more.

I came after 3, at which point the coffee bar was closed. the invigatorium is part of j tony’s discount cured meats and negroni warehouse, and this part of the company takes care of serving food and drinks for the last part of the day (or at least on Saturday I visited) I had a very delicious vegan egg sandwich it was my first time with “Just Egg” and I was very impressed. this sandwich is quite the only vegan food option on the menu. almost any other dish has cured (what foreseeable) meat in it. the restaurant has a beautiful vibe and street terrace, given the limited vegan options and thematic focus on cured meat, I am not sure that I come back. Note that the service can be slow.
