My main issue was with the drink. I ordered the Oreo Creme Brulee Milk Tea, but when I placed my order, I was told they had run out of milk tea and asked if whole milk would be acceptable. I figured it wouldn’t be a problem since I often find that whole milk and oat milk taste similar in drinks at places like Starbucks. However, that wasn’t the case here. The drink ended up tasting like whole milk with just some Oreo crumbles mixed in. I found it confusing that they would offer whole milk as an alternative when the drink was quite unpleasant. It would have been more helpful if the staff had informed me about the milk tea shortage and suggested an alternative, instead of just providing a drink that didn’t taste good. I definitely won’t be returning unless someone I know is really eager to go (which seems unlikely). Additionally, when they asked if I wanted any toppings, I requested regular boba, only to be told they had run out of that as well. They didn’t offer any other topping options after that. Just to clarify, I’m not a picky customer; I was simply dealt a really bad drink.
Probably the best bubble tea I’ve had so far in San Diego. The staff is super friendly and the milk teas are really good. Definitely will be returning!
I ordered the milk tea, and it was incredibly flavorful. The boba pearls were also very good.
Quick service and friendly staff—this is my favorite tea spot in San Diego!
Great atmosphere that the wife thought was cute. The strawberry slush was delicious but the kumquat lemon tea was not. It ended up being $8.50 each which is too high for the value.
