Very good food, large portions, and excellent value. For example, they have a special for two: Antipasta salad, spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna, and pizza for $36.00!

There were so many toppings the pizza was soggy in the middle .good flavor and could be better if not soggy in center.

Food is great!!! Service is excellent!!! We'll definitely be going back soon!!!

Best Italian food in S.D. Family owned and treats you as if your part of there's. Giant portions of excellent food and at a good price. I'd imagine it tastes like a mother cooking fir her family in Italy.

I have eaten at Donato's for over 20 years and enjoy the entire menu, but the gorgonzola and walnut salad is a part of any visit. I nearly always order a calzone too – order too much just so I can have even a bit of one because they are so delicious.
