Domino's Pizza - San Dimas

The service is always prompt, and they consistently find my apartment, which is often a challenge for other delivery services. Ordering online is a breeze, and I can easily track my order as well.

This location has extremely inconsistent hours, and they’re rarely updated accurately. Online ordering and phone calls are often disabled, yet when you drive by, the sign says they’re open, and you can see staff inside. When you do manage to catch them open and place an order, the food is delicious and made correctly! It's frustrating that their hours are so unreliable, especially since this is the closest location to me.

I have tried calling this restaurant five times in a row, and each time, the call gets disconnected without me even speaking to anyone. This is beyond frustrating. What's the point of having a phone if the staff just intentionally hangs up on customers?

I placed an order today for two Large Brooklyn Style Pizzas, instead I received two Medium pizzas, when I called the manager answered and became combative when I asked for the order to be fixed.

Up til recently this has been an awesome store with phenomenal quality and service. I've come to count on them for delivery and carry out and they had always been the best. Until a few months ago: they've been closed during prime dinner time. My son and Ihave tried to order and cannot. The staff state they are understaffed and that they must close early certain nights. Only thingis, we don't know when. These poor workers are busting their hydes to do their best but with only a few people they cannotpossible meet the demands of the customer base that has cultivated over a very long time. And they've been incredibly politeunder such strain. Their morale is low and clearly they want to leave. This means less open hours. What happened? As for rightnow, I have been at the store over an hour and it will be another 15 to 20 before my order is ready. But then how can I paycash? The doors are locked and when you call you have to listen to the long greeting describing the menu. But that's the onlyway. I will continue sticking with the store. Not losing faith they will return to the standards they held not long ago. My sonloves this pizza and I promised him Dominos tonight soni am waiting.
