Little Caesars Pizza - San Dimas

To date, I always had great experiences with this location. Today my pizza was burned (as pictured) so I made a complaint. The *OWNER* (Jeff) told me aggressively that so thick crust must be cooked. The center is still dry and the tip is toast. I've ordered the same order for years and never seen it like that, but it's the lack of admitting that it wasn't boiled properly shocked me.

The quality/quantity is quite good there, usually pizzas are already hot n ready when you order, ready for pickup, and I like that much. It would be nice if they had a diner to eat from inside, from where I live, this is my only disadvantage.

We picked up our pizza and everything was great until we opened the box. It didn't look fresh. They made us a replacement and it was perfect. Thanks for being Little Caesar in San Dimas!???

The food is great, along with the service waiting time. Very hospitable, but not to mention the prices are very affordable. Overall, your money is worth it. The parking lot is not quite designed to take out a pizza; but on the other side that counts their steos.

Standard Little Caesar's Pizza. Staff are fine, turn out product quickly. No bathrooms, lots of dedicated parking. Some traffic in parking area, but largely not an issue. Did notice that prices via the app are more than when you buy in person. Apparently the app is 3rd party, so they recoup costs this way. Will return in future. Parking, counter and entrance are accessible.
