We had the house pho in the extra large size tonight. It had beef ball, sliced rare ribeye, brisket, and tendon in a broth with noodles. Soup was good and it was a nice big serving. Just ok. I ordered the vermicelli egg roll plate with pork. It was alright. The pork pieces were too stringy and had too much fat on them. Noodles were fine but the egg rolls were soggy. I prefer VN Cuisine for my Vietnamese takeout.
