Zendejas - San Dimas

I had a Margarita on ice, not bad just too sweet. Combination plates are large portions and could be shared but as you wait for your food, you see other plates being delivered and you start to salivate. Atmosphere is sporty with 20+ TV's showing sports and seats all over to watch.

I was there last night. There was a $10 cover for a so-so band. The house music was not very good and I just don't believe I got value for my charge. On the other hand, the restaurant was very clean, the staff was happy, Veronica was our server and was super helpful. I gave the restaurant 2 stars because such a big deal was made at the door about the band and really, they had no harmony and an awkward vibe.

To keep their restaurant open, the family is all pitching in and working there. Great food and great people! I recommend this restaurant for sure!

No thank you. Gonna be brutally honest here. Waitress was not engaged and this is no Mexican restaurant. Let's set the scene... There were 6 customers in this place including my wife and I... Ordered the basic set up, 2 Cadillac margaritas, chips, salsa and a side of guacamole. From that moment on everything went downhill. The salsa was store bought, in fact, I could get better salsa at Vons... The guacamole was store bought pureed style. Not the least bit appetizing. The chips were tasteless. The margaritas were so-so but we could live with them. The bad part is that the waitress never came back to ask us if we needed anything else, LIKE MORE CHIPS.. We couldn't finish our guacamole because we ran out of chips.Then we felt violated when we got the bill for $34.. This isn't about money though, just wanted to give folks a heads up. Don't stop here.

Food and service was just terrible. I was surprised this place was packed. I have never had worse fajita. The steak was a cheap meat without taste and it was all in not tasty sauce. The server was wearing mask and shield which would be OK but I didn't hear word she was saying. Since there was no beverage menu I could not really make a drink selection. She brought the Fajita first and while it was getting cold we were waiting for tortillas and plates. I will never go there again. It is just waste of money
