Feedback gevenThere is a dead fly in my food. The fly looked cooked. It ruined my dinner. Flat out disgusting. Contacted the manager, she couldn’t care less. Offered a partial refund or a re order of the item. When I went in to the location manager didn’t interact at all. No apologies made nothing. Employees flat out don’t care. I see if you can spot the fly in the photo.
I have never had any complaints but today I went to buy 2 bowls, everything was super salty, the rice, the meat, even the chips, a very bad experience today ??
It's not one of my favorites, the meat is tough and dull, the pico de gallo, the tomato stale, I didn't like it the time I went.
Terrible service. My family waiting for me to attend to us and serve them, talking and laughing among themselves. And when they serve people they serve in such a despotic way. They leave a lot to be desired.
As a business owner I’m disappointed by the customer service and the way this poor restaurant is being manage what an embarrassment for this franchise. Came in Friday at 9:45pm my daughters wanted a bowl. No black beans no pico no cheese and was offer if I wanted cheese to place a online order because the cheese they had was for online orders, yes I can place a online order and get cheese on my bowl but I can’t order a bowl there in person and get cheese because that’s online cheese. A true ? circus. Never will I come back and will spread the word to EVERYONE I KNOW. Hopefully the owner of this franchise location addresses this place I read a few reviews and didn’t believe it until I personally experienced it. We ended up walking out.
