Feedback gevenTypically, I don 't like giving less than 4 or 5 stars to any business since I understand how greatly it can negatively skew their ratings. However, this is an exception.Yesterday, I encountered a very aggressive customer in the shop who was yelling racial slurs at me. She was also saying some extremely disturbing things to her infant that I don 't want to mention here. We were also the only two customers (other than my mother) present.The staff did NOTHING to diffuse the situation or showed any semblance of empathy/support to my mother or I. When my mother complained to them once we received our order, the cashier had a poker face and simply said ok have a good day .Also, the order took a while to get ready. Throughout my wait, I felt extremely unsafe with the aggressive customer in the store and was almost on the verge of tears. The mediocre quality of our drinks was a perfect cherry on top of the rotten cakeNote: While I did feel bad for the staff who had to deal with the aggressive customer (and potential ones as this area can be a bit sketch), I felt that they could have handled the situation better to make the place seem safer.My reply to the owner’s comment:While your first line about your staff is valid, your second line is just plain obnoxious. You are still invalidating my experience just like I felt invalidated yesterday. I am an immigrant too. My mother, who is from outside the country, was able to pick on the racial slur as well. Also I don’t think an English aptitude is relevant when you can clearly see a customer screaming very closely at another customer’s face. (Also hitting their child’s head??)I based my rating on the overall serviceand taste of the drinks, not on the customer’s attitude. Instead of gaslighting customers on Google Reviews, how about you actually use this feedback to improve your services?
Don’t get Boba from here!!I got the rose black boba and the milk tea was verrry watery. Some of the boba pearls were really hard and I could barely chew on them. I couldn’t finish the drink.The ice cream looked good though.
Around $18 for an ice cream and latte. The ice cream took over 25 min wait. This was because there was only 1 staff member and he had to do each one from scratch...this is by no means a reflection on him, but on the company not providing more staff.Ordered one of the lattes that had the H/C option. I assumed H meant hot. When it came out I was iced and he said the latte only has iced option. I wouldn't have pad $6 or so for the latte as I wanted a hot one
It was fun to watch, but go with lots of patience. The process of rolled ice cream isn’t a short one!
Absolutely horrible service. I can’t comment on the ice cream because I never actually got any. We had to wait about 15 minutes for them to even take our order. By the time we ordered, there was only another couple there who ordered after us. We see that they get their order first, which I thought was odd. Then we see the attendant sit in the back. Seeing this, we call out to him to get his attention and ask what is going on with our order (mind you, at this point, we are the only 5 people inside this place), and the guy tells us he forgot our order and proceeds to chuckle. I just have no words for the lack of common sense and service. Needless to say we cancelled our order and will not be going back.
