Nespresso Boutique San Francisco

The staff tries they really do, but especially compared to the actual boutique that used to be downtown this store, and it’s really barely a storefront, has all the grace of the DMV. Excellent coffee too bad such a low investment in the buying experience here.

Lost my business today, had a long line just to buy capsules. Two stars because I had good experience in the past, but I likely won't be coming back, so there will be no way for the store to redeem itself.

I'm new to Nespresso pods. Zanhe did a great job explaining the different flavors and roasts. The pods they offered to taste helped me figure out how intense of a flavor I'd like. Ended up picking her favorite pod. Will be stopping by next time I'm nearby.
