They pack the place and close everything an hour before the actual close time. No bathroom, no espresso based coffee. Just traditional sorry about that .
Great location on Geary, parking is a challenge but the coffee is consistently good. Hot cocoa is bland, unremarkable. Service is excellent.
Pretty nice but maybe a little too sweet coconut black tie.
