Half decent boba tea spot in the lobby of the Metreon building. A fine place to grab a drink before or after a movie, but certainly nothing to write home about. ½ sweetness was the right amount of sweetness.

Love their taro! I tried to order 30% sugar and my bad I thought the pearls are sweet enough but arrgghh!

Great location in the Metreon food court, right next to Moscone Center. Touch screen ordering is simple and straight forward and quality was equivalent to other locations I have been to.

Super watered down, low quantity of boba. One of the worst boba places in SF.

Accidentally ordered from this location when in Oregon. I called to cancel and employee confirmed he cancelled the order. My card was charged and the Manager refused to refund my money. Useless employees and unprofessional service.
