620 Jones - San Francisco

This restaurant is just mediocre. The food was decent, but the service could use some improvement. The cocktails, however, were enjoyable. A major downside was that we were served appetizers and entrees at the same time, which is not acceptable, and we didn't receive any apology for it. Overall, the food was nothing special—just okay but still good.

I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday night. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. In our party of three, one of us received their food 10 minutes ahead of the others, despite having placed our order 40 minutes earlier. This was frustrating! We were informed that the delay was due to a private party, and while we did receive a discount, it was only after we expressed our concerns about the wait. It seems the kitchen was overwhelmed, as we've never experienced such a long wait before. On a positive note, the restaurant itself is charming, set in lovely surroundings, and the pizza I had was very tasty. I would recommend sitting outside if possible, as it offers a much nicer atmosphere with beautiful fairy lights.

However, once last call was over, the bartender approached our table and told us to finish our drinks and leave. I always thought "last call" meant that they wouldn't serve any more drinks, not that we had to vacate immediately. When I checked the time, it was 11:15 PM, while their hours clearly state they are open until midnight. It's odd that they charged us full price for our drinks but didn’t provide the level of service one would expect. This experience is yet another reason why restaurants in San Francisco are struggling. They maintain high prices while employing servers who come off as entitled and unfriendly. Even the manager was unhelpful, instructing us to wait outside for our Lyft on the streets of the Tenderloin. I won't be returning to this establishment and will definitely be sharing my experience with all my friends in San Francisco.

This is a great spot with a fantastic atmosphere and enjoyable drinks. There was only one server managing two large groups along with several couples dining, so the service was a bit slower than we would have preferred, but it was still good overall!

Fantastic introduction to drag shows, along with a delicious brunch! Be sure to call at least a day in advance to reserve a non-high-top table outside for a great view of the performance. Inside, there are comfortable low tables with cozy seating. The venue is fully accessible for those with disabilities and maintains a clean atmosphere.
