Bernal Star - San Francisco

We stumbled upon this hidden gem in the neighborhood while on our way to the Cow Palace. Our server, PJ, was wonderful, and his recommendations made our dinner truly fantastic. The tuna tartare, fish tacos, and turkey burger were all excellent. The yuca fries brought back fond memories of my childhood in Puerto Rico, which I really enjoyed. I can't wait to return to San Francisco; we’ll definitely dine at this amazing restaurant again. Thank you for your service—Diana and I relished every moment. Bernal Star is a gem!

The mole enchiladas, available only on weekends, were fantastic. The huevos rancheros, chicken enchiladas, and chilaquiles were just as delightful. You definitely need to eat here—you won't regret it!

I just had the wild boar burger with truffle aioli and mushrooms, and it was absolutely perfect. I sat on the backyard patio and enjoyed a double Americano. It was a wonderful way to wrap up an amazing day in the city!

Best food and place for a private party! Love the ambience and staff and drink options. Also, vega can accommodate many dietary requests with ease.Thx for making our holiday party a great one!

The lamb burger is my go to and the service is fantastic! And so close!
