Ordered delivery. Chips tasted of stale grease. Enchiladas were also very gross, inedible at best.

True NorCal Mexican food in a warm friendly family-run restaurant by the beach. Large menu that’s also good for vegetarians, incredible margaritas, great vibe, affordable prices. Celia’s always feels like home. Vegetarian options: You can get Impossible Meat subbed for (I think) all menu options. Kid-friendliness: Incredibly warm friendly atmosphere, large space, and lots of menu options
