The margaritas were delicious and had just the right amount of alcohol, making them very enjoyable. The fish tacos were a highlight for me, with a perfect balance of savory flavors and crunch. On the downside, I wasn't too impressed with the huevos rancheros as they were a bit dry. The beef stew was also a bit too spicy for my liking. Overall, it was a fun birthday brunch experience and I might consider trying the bottomless option next time.

We decided to have Sunday brunch at this restaurant and it was a great choice. They have a sophisticated brunch menu with five options, each priced at $15, and the portions are generous. The staff is happy to accommodate vegetarians, which is a plus. We started with bottomless mimosas, which come with a bottle of champagne and a carafe of fresh juice. This week, they had watermelon juice, which was a bit sour and sweet. You can also switch between mimosas and sangria. We also ordered a side of guacamole for $9, which was a large and delicious portion. Both of us ordered the bacon cheddar scramble for our main course, and they easily customized it for me by omitting the bacon. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Street parking is available, but can be difficult to find. Luckily, we live close enough to walk there.

If you're a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place for you! After searching for Mexican restaurants on Yelp, we discovered Don Pistos and decided to give it a try based on the good reviews. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly young lady who seated us promptly. She provided us with menus and recommended some of their popular dishes and drinks. We ordered a michelada, tortilla soup, shrimp tacos, and quesa birria tacos, all of which were delicious and made with fresh ingredients!

So highly recommended. The staff are some of the most courteous and attentive staff I’ve ever had. Not to mention, as a Texan, some of the best Mexican cuisine I’ve ever had. Everything is too notch. The Hibiscus margarita was *chefs kiss* delightful. Pollo Asado tacos were phenomenal. Definitely stop by and give this place a go. It’s well worth anyones times.

Modern venue with outstanding food and service. Really good tacos and quesadillas. However, I would suggest the option of serving 3 tacos as 2 is not enough and 4 is heaps.
