This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had for a Christmas dinner. There was no mention of the fact that there wasn’t real seating for dinner. This was a lounge and a bar and they were not prepared and reservations were not honored.

Beautiful place, but expensive. the Christmas man was great. Moreover, eating is not hot enough and they do not heat the quiche. they tagged 18% rub and the server brought over 1 coffee and a juice. it is self-service, but when we saw the bill, we asked him to bring us coffee.

I was satisfied with both the food and the service at this restaurant. The location in the Hyatt Lobby was very pleasant.

We recently had multiple meals at The Eclipse Kitchen while staying at the Hyatt Regency, Embarcadero. The food was delicious and surprisingly affordable for a city hotel. The Thanksgiving dinner we had was reasonably priced and the Christmas Day offerings were also tasty. The crab cakes were fantastic and the cheesecake for dessert was delicious. Whether sitting at the bar or finding a spot in the spacious lobby area, the atmosphere was welcoming. Special thanks to Joy for her excellent service and hospitality during our visits. Overall, The Eclipse Kitchen is definitely worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time before our New Year's Eve party. The service was excellent and we were seated promptly after making reservations.
