Taqueria El Farolito - San Francisco

The food was excellent, and they stayed open late. What more could you ask for? This place truly feels like one of those classic taquerias from my childhood.

I have been visiting this restaurant for 30 years, and I can't say enough good things about it. The whole family is incredibly kind, respectful, and dedicated to their work. I haven't tasted Mexican food as delicious as theirs anywhere else. I'll gladly drive an hour just to enjoy a meal here.

If you're in the mood for tacos and burritos, this is the place to be. I just wish they would clean the tables more often, but I understand they're always busy.

You can never go wrong with they shrimp quesadillas. Imo its the best in the bay ain't nobody messing with them. I took the Bart from the east right before closing and they still took care of me. El farolito got my respect

Dude, if you've lived in sf then you know about this chain. It has the best food. Take my advice and get the super shrimp burrito with extra carnitas. You'll thank me, unless your allergic or something. Thanks for coming to my PSA.
