Flybird - San Francisco

This restaurant is conveniently located near my workplace and I don't know why I waited until today to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing Greek salad. It was fresh, satisfying, and the portion size was generous. The amount of chicken was ample for one person, and it even came with a large block of feta cheese. I noticed that it gets crowded during lunch hours, but now I understand why. It's a great option for a quick and delicious lunch.

Delicious sandwiches and salads!! Come here all the time when I'm working close by and it's consistently flavorful and fresh.

Most disappointing fried chicken sandwich I've had in a while. Go to The Bird instead. Maybe it's because I came at the end of the lunch hour, but the chicken in my sandwich was way overcooked and chewy. And bland. The fries were pretty good, although the sauce that came with it was kinda weird? There were semi-solid chunks of cheese-like stuff that made it difficult to dip the fries and scoop up the sauce.

I’ve had a lot of fried chicken sandwiches in the bay area and this one pales in comparison.The chicken itself is pretty thin which makes it easy to overlook and dry out which is what happened in my case. The flavor was also lacking, mainly not enough salt.I added cheese and avocado to my sandwich and they left the knob part of the avocado which I unpleasantly bit into. I also wish they melted the cheese… they just put cold slices of cheese in my sandwich which didn’t add much to it.All in all I wouldn’t try another sandwich from here

The food is good and the service from the staff is great! However, it didn't quite reach the level of excellence that would make me want to return.
