Ghirardelli-on-the-go At Westfield San Francisco Centre

Ordering takes a while for lunch. There are 2 tablets located next to the registers. Once in a while a cashier would take a few orders in person then leaves to help the back so the line gets long. Food came out pretty fast though.I got the chicken burger and regular fries. Food was ok. Nothing special. Total was $15 something with no drink! There is a mandatory tip/service fee, bag fee…plus tax. My order did not even come with a takeout bag or napkins. You have to ask for the condiments.There will not be a next time for burger quality at this kinda price?

Every time (every time! I order from Doordash they forget the cheese sauce that I paid extra for. They never get it right. I would suggest going in,because they clearly can’t package a delivery order correctly. It’s disappointing, because the food is really good.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack. Very good, I think it's my new favorite burger place. Sad there none in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

They didn't take two orders mine and the person's ahead of me because the cashier said it was closed. However the place should not have been closed according to the hours online
