Hillstone - San Francisco

We were taking a Bay Cruise and were looking for a meal before getting onto the boat. Everything was great! We were seated immediately and everything came out extremely timely. Our server was incredibly helpful and kind. I ordered the ahi tuna tartare which was absolutely delicious. The tuna was melt in your mouth and it had a brilliant brightness and mild heat with the jalapeños. It was served with toasted ciabatta, half of a well seasoned avocado, and a great mustard/dill deviled egg. The rosemary focaccia was fantastic, and served with a variety of olives, cheese, and olive oil/balsamic. Dessert was excellent. Recommend the pot de crème for sure. I was surprised at the quality in such a high traffic area, I would definitely go back.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Hillstones, the service was awesome, and the food was cooked perfectly. Always delicious!

Can’t go wrong at any of their locations, I visit them in every city they operate. Top service and food every time.

They have the best cheeseburgers in San Francisco. Another thing they have great beer too . Also the setting is nice too. Lastly, the people who work here are very nice.
