Lava Lounge - San Francisco

The owner mistreats the employees and withheld my final paycheck. Extremely greedy!

I'm beginning to suspect that this place is more of a front than a legitimate restaurant. Every time I attempt to order ramen, the owner always has an excuse for why I can't. I'm seriously considering reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

Inconsistent. One day the food is delicious, and the next day the quality is terrible. I can no longer recommend this restaurant. -Al

Love The Lava Lounge! There is a mixture of seating options, as well as the bar. The kitchen is good! Love the ramen! Ken is cool. A real credit to the neighborhood.

I have been coming here for years however since Tony started I have been receiving excellent customer service. He shows that he cares for his customers. He walks around asking how the service is and if things are okay? We very pleased and happy. We love coming to the Hookah lounge . It's a chill spot to hang out with friends!
