This is a nice bohemian little place in the Mission district with good and affordable food--plus live MUSIC, but be sure to check for when it's happening. We've been here a few times on a Sat. eve., and enjoyed hearing live kora with voice and percussion during and after our African dinner. Mixed drinks are interesting, and they also offer unusual non-alcoholic drinks. We'll definitely return and bring some friends.
Food is great and the space is unique, I don’t think this place is for everybody but it’s certainly a experience. Reservations probably not needed
Let's be real: the food was mediocre. I've heard it was better before the pandemic but come on, you gotta do better than what was served to us. we went somewhere else after to eat food that was appropriate for the price point.
There was live music and people that I'm sure as a result we're staying at their tables longer than expected. The owner of the restaurant brought out a table and chairs for us so that we could sit inside and listen to the music. Overall just a phenomenal venue owned by wonderful people and operated by a lovely staff. I will be going back here again… This is a gem of a restaurant
