Everyone was friendly and the bagels are great. The price isn’t bad for San Francisco.
Took 55 minutes to get my one bagel sandwich that I ordered ahead. 40 minutes after they said it’d be ready for pick up. This is the second time I’ve had an excessive wait time. Won’t be back.
Will not be returning. Ordered a coffee, didn’t get the cup, staff seems overwhelmed and unable to manage the volume of orders. Just wanted to grab a quick bite for the morning and ended up waiting forever.
Got the lox bagel it was really good. Would definitely visit again.
