Papa John's Pizza - San Francisco

I ordered a simple sausage pizza with garlic. When I order from other places, they usually use garlic oil or minced garlic, sometimes even chopped garlic, but I have never received a pizza with whole garlic cloves all over it! There were so many cloves of garlic that we mistook them for sausage until we bit into them. It was the worst pizza I have ever had, and I believe I deserve a refund. Not only was there a lack of cheese on the pizza, but it was also difficult to tell if there was any cheese at all. Additionally, the other toppings were burnt. This was my first time eating at this restaurant, and I will never return. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

During this delivery, the restaurant did not ring my doorbell as requested on the driver instructions. In my condominium, there are no windows that allow me to see deliveries being made. The only way I knew the food had arrived was by checking the status on my computer, which showed it was delivered 40 minutes earlier. Unfortunately, the pizza was ice cold due to being left outside in the cold weather.

I never received a notification when my food was ready, so when I arrived at the restaurant, the food had been sitting out and was lukewarm.

We found an entire caterpillar in our pepper that comes with your pizza. I know there's not really anything papa johns can do about something inside a pepper.. but I am so grossed out I can never order papa johns again.

Pizza had been dropped, seal broken, could not eat, meal ruined.
