The Keystone Social House

This is a fantastic spot located between the market and the mission. The drinks are outstanding, and the bartenders are truly knowledgeable about their craft. I really enjoy being able to chat about different beverages and spirits with someone who understands them well. I also have to mention that the food is incredible—don’t miss out on the cheese fondue with the pommes; they're absolutely essential!

The food is enjoyable, but the portions are smaller than anticipated.

I’ve visited San Francisco on every trip, and it never disappoints. The views are the best in the city, and it’s both affordable and easy to find. During this visit, there was a conference at the hotel, so it was a bit crowded.

We had a great experience! Beginning with breakfast club cocktail, which was a sweet Burbon drink that tastes like Golden Grahams. Very good! We have the zeasarsalate, fried Calamari and a pizza. For two people it was more than enough food. Everything was delicious, especially the pizza! The fried Calamari was a large part and came with fried onions and pimples. Yum! In any case, it'll be back!

These guys have good cocktails. I tried their Cold Fashioned and it was very interesting. It started out pretty sweet for what is essentially an old fashioned and it was strong. So I was taking my time and I noticed as the ice cube melted, the cocktail was getting drier, richer with a more complex coffee liqueur taste added to the whiskey. I didn 't realize it when I started to have the cocktail that the ice cube was basically coffee or perhaps coffee liqueur. It changes the idea of the cocktail from being a casual drink with the ice present to cool the liquor to a complex drink where all parts of the drink including the ice are appreciated. I suggest taking your time with this cocktail....worth waiting until the ice melts. Overall, great place to have a drink.
