The Melt - San Francisco

Just did a pick up order from this location. As always it was quick clean and friendly service. The food here is amazing and the staff is truly next level. You can easily order, customize and schedule your food in the app. There is in person digital ordering on site. And Mama makes THE BEST fries. I continue to come back to this location because it's close to a lot of fun stores and the people are awesome. 10/10 do recommend! Vegetarian options: They have impossible burgers Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu!

This was our first time rating at The Melt. We will definitely be back. Chelsea was so helpful with recommendations on the menu and knowledgeable. Gerardo and Lloyd checked on us and made our visit more personal. I expected just a fast food place. It felt like the neighborhood spot. Chelsea recommended the kid options and our kids said their meal was 10/10. I don't usually leave reviews but they were so nice and the food was really good!

Good food, great vibes, and the best customer service from the man himself, Michael! Had no problem making me feel welcomed for my first time experience, and made my decision to order a lot easier.

This spot gives remarkable service and yummy meals. One of my chosen restaurants around town. The meals served quickly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

I get a burger to-go from this location at least a couple of times a week. I really enjoy it. The manager is super friendly. He remembers my name and asks how I'm doing. I order with the app so I get the rewards and so I don't have to wait around.
