Twin Peaks Pizza Pasta - San Francisco

After contacting customer service for a refund, Twin Peaks refused to reimburse me for the pizzas that were not prepared according to my notes. They claimed that I was banned from ordering from them altogether due to my complaints about their mistakes. I provided photos as evidence of the incorrect pizza toppings but still did not receive a refund. It is clear that Twin Peaks Pizza does not value customer satisfaction or fairness. Their refusal to acknowledge their errors and provide proper compensation is unethical. I have had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charges for the incorrect pizzas. This restaurant's dishonest and unfair practices are unacceptable.

This restaurant review is completely absurd. It took over an hour for my order to be delivered, even though I only live 6 blocks away. The cheese on my dish wasn't even melted, and the cake was ice cold. The meats were missing altogether. When we went back for a second time, the experience was just as bad. To top it off, the portion sizes were incredibly small. This place is a big disappointment. Twin Peaks, you get a big fat F from me.

My favorite spot for pizza to take out is great, with lovely toppings and dough that isn't overly salty like other fast food pizza joints.

Good pizza also for Italian standards. Maybe not so cool interiors..

Decent hole in the wall, local spot. Not set up or prepared for dine in. The staff was awkward at best. Pizza was good-ish, we had the all meat, it was super greasy.
