Absolutely delicious! The gluten-free pizza crust is excellent! The place can get quite loud, and it tends to be a bit pricey and often has fewer staff than needed, but the food makes it all worthwhile.

This unassuming gem offers consistently delicious pizza and pasta. While it’s widely recognized as a pizza joint—definitely try the Mushroom Funghi—the pasta is just as outstanding, if not better. We opted for the Gnocchi, which the server recommended, and it truly stole the spotlight. The rotating house wine was reasonably priced, making it everything you could hope for in a neighborhood pizza and pasta restaurant.

I'm so glad this restaurant is here! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and they have a nice selection of wines.

Excelente. Just went today and had Halibut fish special and it was superb. Got a pizza take out for family. This place is consistently reliably good, always!

I love Vega! I go there a lot when I’m in Bernal Heights. The staff are always so friendly and they were super accommodating too! I got a custom shrimp pasta (asked for them to sub the meat out for shrimp since I’m pescatarian! The shrimp was cooked so so well too! The restaurant has a cozy feel and indoor and outdoor seats. Sometimes, it can get a bit dark indoors since it’s only candlelit but it does give it a bit of a romantic feel.
