Fantastic takeaway spot! The chicken tikka masala is definitely a must-try, although I would have liked a bit more chicken in it. The rice portion is fair. Don’t forget to grab the garlic naan as well!

Viva Goa stands out as the best Indian restaurant in the city. We order from there a couple of times a month, whether for takeout or dining in, and it never disappoints. Each dish is packed with more flavor than almost any other Indian restaurant I've visited, and the tastes are simply delightful. The food quality is exceptional, the service is incredibly friendly, and the entire team has a lot to be proud of. This place truly is the best!

Delicious, relaxed environment, great service, very VERY reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I got an appetizer, three sides, two entrees, and a large beer to split it all came out to $68 total, including tax (but not tip). That is unheard of pricing in this part of SF! My boyfriend loves spicy curry and they delivered a deliciously spicy vindaloo it had the type of spiciness that grows instead of being so spicy that you can't taste anything else. The service was very attentive and kind, and all of our dishes were excellent. The environment was very laid back and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

FOOD POISON! DO NOT COME!Came here about 4 days ago, ordered bread, rice, and lamb, loved the food but the next day, my gut was writhing in pain. I then threw up and was sick the entire day! They probably have unsanitary conditions and/or did not cook the meat all the way! Horrible! Absolutely disgusting! Do not come here unless you want to feel extreme pain and throw up! 0/10 ??
