Flying Ninja - San Francisco

We ate the 12 piece sashimi for lunch. It was delicious. The Yellowtail was so fresh. Portions are just what you would expect. My children had the 3 choice bento box with California roll, salmon, and teriyaki chicken. Great location and outside seating.

Having only about 45 minutes before our city tour was leaving from Fisherman's Wharf, we were looking for something quick, affordable, and good. Flying Ninja sushi was all of those! Originally we were drawn in the the cute flying ninja logo, so we weren't sure what to expect. The hostess was very nice, especially when we told her that we wanted to watch the chefs make sushi for a few moments because my husband is allergic to shellfish and some sushi places don't clean well between making shellfish and non shellfish items. We were very pleased to see how clean the chefs were. We ordered miso soup for me and seaweed salad for my husband and then spicy tuna rolls, an Alaska (salmon) specialty roll and a RocknRoll (eel). All were fresh and very good. The price for everything was only $28! much lower than expected in San Fransisco, let alone at Fisherman's Wharf. If we lived in San Fransisco, this would definitely be a place we would be regulars at.

Flying Ninja has great, friendly service. They are in a wonderful setting that is peaceful and has a great ambience. The sushi was delightful, we ordered the chefs special and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend.

At fisherman's wharf, awesome sushi and food! Ate there twice in 3 days! Yummy! Chirashi was unreal ono!
