This restaurant is a serious contender for the best claypot rice in town. Their lunch special claypots are smaller in portion compared to the dinner servings, but they're still made with a lot of care and attention. The sauce they use is an unusual blend of oyster sauce, which is a bit disappointing since I was expecting a mix of sugar, soy sauce, and white pepper instead.
Absolutely love the menu here, apparently it's a classic hole in wall establishment with over 30 years history. Really authentic Cantonese food, the type of food mom and grandmom would cook, very good home-cooked comfort foods. And some really nice clay pop dishes are excellent too (like frog legs lol). 5 stars!
Saw this place on yelp and it was very authentic and yummy. Small spot, hole in the wall. Was impressed by their authenticity.
