Venta David - San Javier

We visited for lunch because it was always so full of Spanish people and we thought the food would be wonderful.........that was our first mistake. Maybe our second was not being Spanish, as the food we were served was very below average. For starters we shared prawns in garlic butter.......it looked like a bag of tiny frozen prawns had been dumped into a bit of insipid garlic butter, awful. Main courses were both fish and again, not up to the mark, overcooked and dry. We were not sure if we had gone in too late at 2, and they were rushing to close but it would appear they dont close so dont understand the reason but will never go back, what a let down when you are looking forward to something,

Family site with good price ratio. variety of tapas, breakfast and good midday menu very advisable

Good place to eat , very good prices and excellent staff , the very good lower sea pot I recommend
