Baskin-robbins - San Jose

The service was outstanding! The staff was extremely friendly and laid-back. After all, it's just ice cream! We ordered a brownie sundae with two scoops and hot fudge, and you really can't go wrong with that. We decided to skip the whipped cream for personal reasons, but everything else was fantastic! The only reason I took off one star is that the cherry on top was disappointing—there was something off about it.

These folks are always very efficient and very welcoming. Because of that I always come here rather than the one closer to my house.

The pistachio almond flavor is excellent and definitely recommended! They offer five or six chocolate flavors, but they aren't very chocolatey. The old-fashioned pecan is quite sweet, yet creamy. There are plenty of cone options to choose from as well.

My favorite ice cream shop! I absolutely adore the brownie sundae. The store is clean, but the presence of some homeless individuals in the area can make it a bit inconvenient for certain customers.
