Blush Raw Kitchen - San Jose

Very cool. The staff is beautiful, including the guys who shovel and puck. I have a tuna tar, a spoon remover, a dozen oysters and a bit. Everything beautifully presented and everything delicious. Maybe something was busy or something, but the service was decent at best. But pretty lol

Sushi was amazing. The lava rollers are my favorite. Definitely recommend. Moderate price. Great atmosphere. Great music. Great for groups. I can't go wrong here.

This place is great. I ordered Sushi gluten-free and the owner who worked the floor let me know that the sushi was made with vinegar and not safe to eat. He went to the neighboring Vietnamese restaurant to get safe rice to confirm my order. I was so impressed by the way they went beyond and beyond to discuss my needs. The food was really good as drink selection available. I would definitely recommend this place, especially because the owner invests in quality service!

The vodka in the standard blood drink tasted a little cheap - it tastes much better when you get the $2 substitution for a better vodka. The waitress was very nice and offered to take the blush potion from the tab, as my friend really disliked it and did not drink it.

I had a night out with the girls. Their food was great especially the rolls and sashimi. I don't drink often but their cocktail blushie was delicious!
