Cauldron Ice Cream - San Jose

Smooth and vibrant ice cream, served with theatrics and flavour to match!I’ve been here a few times less so recently with their odd opening hours and not being open on weekday lunch time, however, the quality of the ice cream is always top notch.The ice cream is made in front of you from the base cream/juice and frozen with liquid nitrogen in a mixer which not only looks great, but creates a super smooth ice cream from the small crystals.This time I had the pineapple ice cream with a puffle (puffed waffle)Well worth a visit.

This is a cool update to ice cream the free rose shape is a plus. The puffle was just okay, but not really required. Downsides: the place could have been cleaner (the tables were pretty dirty) and there is a wait involved since they're basically making it for you.

Creamy and rich ice cream. We came here on a hot sunday around 9:20pm. It takes a bit longer than a traditional ice cream place since they have to make the ice cream after you order. Staff is trained well and nice even though they probably had a busy day with the heat. We got the strawberry cheesecake and milk and cereal since they ran out of the moon and stars (3 tea flavors).The strawberry cheesecake has the cheesecake flavor but the strawberry tasted a bit artificial. The texture is rich and creamy. Both are presented very nicely in a floral shape.I enjoy the milk and cereal. It 's basically milk based ice cream and topped with some frosted flakes. It 'd be even better if they used regular cornflakes since I love a sweet corn flavor.We 'd come back to try other flavors.

Got the salted caramel flavour with egg waffle. Ice cream was shaped like a rose, definitely Instagram worthy. I’d recommend the Earl Grey Flavour more

I have been here twice. Tried the vanilla and the strawberry so far with the puffed cone.Loved the texture of the ice cream.! It’s soft and creamy ?Didn't like the mango one at all.
