Small unassuming shop front Charlie was super nice and his cheesecake is top notch! The bite sized ones are dangerous because you'll just end up eating all of them in a day. My favorite was the key lime! Perfectly tart N so so creamy

No display cases here as cheesecake maker extraordinaire Charlie himself wants to personally give customers a verbal walkthrough on the cheesecake flavors that he has. Complimentary samples as well! I got a few cheesecake poppers. Super light and airy and what's unique about them is that the crust isn't traditional graham cracker but instead is like a thin crispy cookie. The cheesecake here isn't too sweet at all. The flavor that I tried that stands out the most is the key lime; very strong lime flavor lol almost face pucker strength. I love it. Charlie suggested to take a bite of the key lime and then the strawberry to make a strawberry margarita taste; definitely accomplished that without the alcohol of course . Cute that he tallies the number of people that have heard of his cheesecake shop based on several different avenues. I make his 38th tally mark on the Yelp category lol I think he resets every month . We're winning over the others Google reviews, family friends, etc. :P !

Forget Cheesecake Factory! Charlie's Cheesecake Works is the place to go for your cheesecake fantasies! Like others have stated, Charlie really does stand behind his cheesecakes and is fully confident that what he makes and sells is 100 good. I also really appreciated how he gave us a sample to try before purchasing his delightful cheesecake bites! Man, my partner was only planning on buying 12, but we ended up walking away with 24 in hand, lol. Please support local and small businesses like Charlie! His cheesecakes are all hits and absolutely delicious! I was only able to try the original cheesecake and had to stop myself before I demolished a whole box alone. Unlike other cheesecakes, Charlie's cheesecakes were velvety smooth and not at all overly sweet! The crust wasn't dense and crumbly, but light and complimentary to the creamy cheesecake filling. 100 10 definitely recommend Charlie's Cheesecake Works for all cheesecake lovers and anyone who wants a delicious dessert that isn't overly sweet.

Got ripped off by Charlie. I requested 36 poppers to be wrapped in smaller batches to get their 41.57 but wrapped using their smaller plastic box so I can distribute at my workplace . It was a wrong idea ordering from this place. Immediately at front desk got surprised. I was charged 57. The owner logic is faulty. He insisted I was taking more poppers because my 36 poppers were divided into more boxes. What?! More plastic boxes don't equal more poppers. Basic math. Be careful!
