Con Sabor A Mexico - San Jose

I thought E Hope International had the best birria in town... Con Sabor a Mexico gives them a SERIOUS run for the money. Between the loaded baja birria and the keto birria I'm in heaven. And their salsa rocks too!

Second time ordering from here amazing both times. Birria tacos are amazing packed with neat and cheese and cooked to perfection. the consome is amazingly flavorful.

This food is absolutely delicious, and the flavors are outstanding! These are the best birria tacos I've ever had! I definitely recommend trying them if you haven't already!

It was decent overall. However, I ordered jalapeños on the side, which came in a small sauce container for $1.00. The Hot 1821 Secret sauce had a nice kick, but the Birria taco was a bit dry.

I highly recommend this place! The food is consistently amazing, and you get a generous amount of meat in the tacos for the price. The birria tacos and Quesabirria are fantastic!
