El Pollo Loco - San Jose

Located in a quaint neighborhood, the staff at this restaurant were extremely accommodating and attentive.

I have been returning to this restaurant ever since I first tried it. I absolutely love it!

This place just to be a lot better! Few changes of personal has made a big difference! Some new employees are rude and stingy! Rosario,the lady taking orders in the window is one of those. They're not polite with customers! Managers and other long time employees do great job! I hope they do something to make it like it just to be!

This is my most favorite El pollo Loco. This one has better chicken that’s the other El pollo’s. My phone not problem is it is very busy. Last time it took me 15 minutes for someone to show at the order counter, then another 45 minutes to get my order. So be ready to wait. Lately they have been very stingy with the salsa’s.

I love their chicken, especially when I can see it's on the grill and I can see what I'm going to eat it's nice only problem I had was it took a long time for my order I mean they had it look like they had enough employees but I know there's a lot of chit chat going on and I don't know it's like it was a little bit confusion or something but I'm happy with my food it was great. I hope it stays that way.
