This is a fantastic spot if you're looking to enjoy a chic restaurant atmosphere for brunch, but be prepared to spend a bit. Three of us spent a total of $166. The coffee was $8 and the mochas were $10 each. My orange juice also cost $8. Although the experience was enjoyable, we found ourselves waiting for several hours without much attention from the staff, even though the restaurant wasn't busy when we visited on Saturday at 10 o'clock.
I visited for the Christmas buffet, and the selection was fantastic. The management and staff were very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, my two teenagers are quite picky and didn’t eat much, which made it difficult to justify the $135 bill for their meals. Despite that, I truly enjoyed my overall experience here.
Christmas brunch 2022 was absolutely fantastic in the hilton by signia, san jose. that was our first time that we were excited again for our annual Christmas brunch, the pandemic was the reason why. our last Christmas brunch in front of the pandemic was in fairmont san jose before the helpton was taken over by signia. eating was amazing and I loved building up the casual buffet, the food displays were very visually appealing, especially the dessert station, where the macaroons were elegantly stacked high. I'll talk about dessert later. the sushi and seafood station were fresh and tasty, we all enjoyed the crab legs that contained a good amount of crab meat. the garnel and sommen soup was slightly salty, but it was still good. the carved meat station as well as the salmon with ginger were excellent, the meat was tender and full taste, the salmon melted in our mouth and was perfectly cooked. we finished our meal with wonderful coffee and a lot of desserts, the mini-cream browl decorated with a cute peppermint coffee and mascaroons, brought the sweetest end to our brunch, they were our favorite, hands down! compliments fountain to the wonderful cook, gas producers and waiting staff, weeping our annual restaurant
Terrible service terrible food. Also drinks are diffrent with menu. They said ‘fresh squeez juice’ but it was artificial juice. It is $8 1cup. It is not worth it. We talked to Woman wearing glasses she said ‘ he will do ‘ she pointed server. When we asked to check also she talk to me ‘ He will do’ She has no manner not like servive man. Server said ‘Actually we have juice pressed machine now no more. ‘ That means it is not fresh squeezed juice . They have to chage the menu or at least they have to explain to us. But the woman who wearing the glasses seems like manager She ingore when I asked to her it is not fresh juice it is artificial orange juice and she brought same artificial orange juice and grapefruit juice to us with new glasses without any explain. Why she lied to us? Also she keep saying it is fresh squeezed juice She keeping lying to us. Also pepper bottle is super dirty and broken so pepper doesn’t come out hole was stuck because they didnt washed long time.
