It's Just Wings - San Jose

Having been to their other location, I didn?t think twice about ordering from this location. 1. Curbside pick up doesn?t exist, even when their system accepts a curbside pickup order. You end up waiting in the car endlessly. 2. Your food is left on their shelf to become cold and soggy 3. Absolutely no flavor. I?d ordered Santa Fe (Hot) Smoked wings. Neither were they smoked, nor were they even mildly hot. 4. The staff working there have zero interest in doing their jobs. This is when no other customer was waiting as well. Stay away from this place and the Chilli?s associated with this place, at all costs.

Don?t do it. I order 16 wing combo. 8 honey chipotle which were undercooked and fatty and gross. 8 of the Louisiana dry rub which were severely under seasoned and tasted like they?d been sitting out for hours. Fries were soggy too. My roommate and his girlfriend said the same about the bone in wings and said their boneless were ?a little bit better because they were actually crunchy because they?re breaded?. 10/10 will never go again. Thanks for basically stealing 20+ by sending out inedible food.

All the food tasted soggy almost stale. As if it it was sitting for hours and then microwaved or something. Especially the fries. Really bad.

I enjoy coming here when I'm constipated. The undercooked wings give me immediate relief.

Horrible for the money. Just get Wingstop. If you like soggy fries and boneless wings get this place
