The service was terrible. I ordered a simple breakfast Benedict on a croissant, and it took almost 30 minutes to prepare. Normally, that wouldn't bother me, but the ham arrived cold. Given the price, it just didn't seem worth it. Furthermore, the presentation was lacking; the croissant was flat, and by the end of 2021, I would still expect it to be warm and visually appealing. The atmosphere also felt quite tense, as I noticed staff walking around in the back. I recall an incident in March 2022 where one employee was glued to her phone while another was left to run around and serve customers. I used to love this café, but it seems to have declined a bit this year.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered four sandwiches for my group during a nearby conference, and they were absolutely delicious!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The portion sizes are quite generous for the price. The cashier who assisted me, I believe her name was Kayleen, was very friendly and engaged in pleasant conversation. I was able to grab a quick snack while visiting the area, and it was a great experience overall.

A wonderful little French café in downtown San Jose. My friend was here twice now and both times it was amazing. I order breakfast croissant sandwich and a latte simple and amazing a must try safe and one of a kind in California.

Very pleasantly surprised to find a freshly baked pastry shop still active in downtown San Jose! I absolutely melt over a good almond croissant and theirs is no exception. Fully covered with slivered almonds and I?m pretty sure there was a bit of chocolate inside, too. With a cup of coffee you will be in heaven. Next time I will try to get there well before 20 minutes before close and check out the rest of their selection! There was outdoor seating in the alleyway where you could get some fresh air, too. PS, nice to see a place with a grammatically correct foreign name! Feminine adjectives add an e in French so this place is ? in my book on that alone ?
