Persian lady at the reception always like to use. very clean and good service?

I was not satisfied with the service at this restaurant. While it is very clean and the staff are often large in stature, the cashier, in particular, needs more assistance. Every morning, he makes my coffee incorrectly, and I'm not sure why.

The food and service are excellent, unless you happen to be overly critical or don’t grasp the concept of quick dining. It’s frustrating to see how some customers can be rude, affecting the staff's well-being and performance.

I've ordered curbside pickup three times, and each time they never brought the food out to my location. My friends and I waited for 15 minutes in the designated spots until I finally went inside to get my order myself. The food was there, but they just didn't bring it out! What is going on?
