Feedback gevenI ruined my son's birthday party. I have an order for 5 pizzas for delivery to a birthday party at 10:54 for delivery at 11:45. The location was at the address of Rockin Jump San Jose, and I added notes, including the name of the location and name and number of party in where it should be delivered. The pizza had not arrived until 12:00. I called and the person I spoke to spoke very quickly and confusingly and said he didn't know where to go. After a while, I realized they had delivered the pizza to the wrong place. The person I spoke to allow this immediately and said something about his brother who delivered the pizza to a building where he had left it from a door that had just closed and did not leave. He wouldn't tell me where this place was. He promised that the pizzas will be restored in 15 minutes (the location was 5 minutes away). He did not stop hearing the right address to deliver the pizza, although I asked several times where they were delivered. 12:15 The pizzas were not there yet. I called again and was told to the driver that he was out with the pizzas, would not yet confirm the correct address, not where this second batch went, nor where the first had been sent. I asked for the delivery driver's phone number and I was told that my number would be given to him and he would call me. No one has ever called, not even, all this to check on this order. They claimed several times that they had tried to call me; I received no calls and was lied to each of the three times that I called to check the order. The pizzas arrived at 12:45, 1h late and after the venue closed for our party (we had a birthday party at Rockin Jump from 10:45 to 12:45). This is absolutely the worst service I have experienced in more than a decade than Mountain Mike customers (mostly the Sunnyvale and Palo Alto locations). I had 20 adults and 12 children, including my son, whose birthday it was who had no lunch. At 4pm this afternoon, after this complete disaster, I called for a refund and said they had no access to the system and I would have to call back on Monday at 5pm to talk to the manager.
Bad customer service. The cash register tool for a long time to place my order. Don't come back.
When I first called to order the lady was really rude and hung on me because I don't add the tip to the pmt. Because if I sign, I can add it. I ordered a big pizza, 3 appetizers 3 wings, 3 mozzarella sticks and 3 Jalapeño poppers. The pizza was cold with NO SAUCE. The appetizers were cooked and lubricated Frostbit. $All for $65 I called and told them. A guy said I'd give you another one. I said no thanks for wanting my money back. He said he can't give me a refund. He said call back and talk to the manager. I asked for the manager's name, and he just said to call back and hang on me. This is the second time I ordered here and this place is disgusting. And unprofessional. Never
I'll get NIE back to the Almaden site. Staff, including management, are dishonest and technically stolen money from me. They gave me no prescription for my purchase and they added a tip to my credit card payment without having authorized it. I talked to the manager and he didn't do anything to fix it! I have never received a refund for the money they stole from me and who knows how many people they did it!
Super rude staff (Guy who works there, cursed with me). Bad quality food. You also calculate more for the same thing you would order at another Mountain Mike. Small combination of pizza and 6 wings were $35. The same was 27 at the Blossom Hill site. This place is shady. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. I wish I could give less than 1 star, this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star. I'm so disappointed by the person who thinks it's okay to cure with the customers. Wow. Does anyone have a phone number for them?
